Every day will I bless you,
and I will praise your name forever and ever.
Great is the LORD and highly to be praised;

Have
I ever been so deep in despair that I thought I would never be cheerful
again? What gets me through the sad times?
Action:
Make a list of powerful spiritual memories/experiences that you can look to at
those times when you are in despair.
