come evil thoughts, unchastity, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit,
licentiousness, envy, blasphemy, arrogance, folly. All these evils come from
within and they defile.
How am I doing? What defiles me?
Action: Pick one thing you do that “defiles” you and quit
doing it – for as long as you can.
