There is an appointed
time for everything,
and a time for everything under the heavens.
A time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to uproot the plant.
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance.
A time to rend, and a time to sew;
a time to be silent, and a time to speak.
and a time for everything under the heavens.
A time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to uproot the plant.
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance.
A time to rend, and a time to sew;
a time to be silent, and a time to speak.
Luke
9: 18 – 22 He said, “The Son of Man must suffer greatly and be rejected
by the elders, the chief priests, and the scribes, and be killed and on the
third day be raised.”
Why
was this God’s plan for saving humanity? What are the advantages of this
plan?
Action:
If you know someone who is frequently rejected, see if you can find a way to
support him/her.
