tradition of the elders but instead eat a meal with unclean hands?"
What
do I do based mostly on familial or societal tradition? Is following
tradition having a positive effect on my life?
Action:
Adopt a new tradition (for Valentine’s Day, Lent, Spring, President’s Day, etc)
that you think will have a positive effect on your life. To get started
you could ask others what they do or research different cultures.
