The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the firmament proclaims his handiwork.
Day pours out the word to day,
and night to night imparts knowledge.
The heavens proclaim the glory of God.


Romans 1: 16 – 25 Ever since the creation of the world, his invisible attributes of eternal power and divinity have been able to be understood and perceived in what he has made. As a result, they have no excuse; for although they knew God they did not accord him glory as God or give him thanks.

Do I see the eternal power of God revealed in what he has made? Do I give him glory for his creation?

Action: Open your eyes and see the power of God in the world around you – look at the intricacies of an insect’s wing, or the power of water flowing in a river, or the sheer magnitude of a mountain, or go out at 2:00 am on Wednesday morning and marvel at the beauty of a full moon or …
