– 6 Though I thought I had toiled in vain, and
for nothing, uselessly, spent my strength,
Yet my reward is with the LORD, my recompense is with my God.
What gives me hope
when I feel like I have toiled in vain, for nothing, uselessly and spent my
strength? Do I think this is how Jesus
felt in the last few days before his crucifixion?
Action: The next time you feel useless, read Psalm 73
and remind yourself that God is your good.
